You might be thinking you are fed up of feeling bloated, or that if you could just drop that 10lbs and stack on a little muscle, you would feel so much more confident and happy, but you wonder where to start? 

Setting goals is great.  Unfortunately, most people aren't sure what exercises they need to do or how often they need to train to achieve them, and we haven't even mentioned nutrition yet! 

You might find it hard to continue training week in and week out without the complete confidence that you are doing the right things to see results!

You don't have to do this! 


You're probably bored of what you're doing. The treadmill and elliptical are simply not fun, and you are quite literally going nowhere! You might be tired of your current routine and you're looking for something more exciting and stimulating. We know that's how a lot of our members felt before joining us. Here's the good news!

At CrossFit 3xF we feel you should not only look better naked but you should function better too! That's why we focus on movements that will help you kill it in life. If your hobbies are hiking, kayaking, golfing, skiing, basketball, biking or just about anything else, you will enjoy them more because you are more fit to tackle life!

To strip body fat, gain muscle, or tone up in a hurry, you have to GO HARD. To go hard, you have to know for sure what you're doing is getting you closer to your goals. During your FREE Intro you will

  • Review your goals
  • See our training facility
  • Ask the head coach any questions 
  • Get an overview of our programs
  • Get a recommendation for the program that's best for you
  • Get a One-on-one scaled workout

After your FREE Intro, you will get in an idea if you are a good fit for the CrossFit 3xF community. You will also come away with a clear picture of what we are about and our expectations of you.
